The Oluwo of Iwo land Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi is set to marry a Kano princess.
Recall that Oba, Akanbi, in 2019, divorced his estranged wife, Chanel Chin.
Ms Chin is the daughter of Jamaican reggae star, Ludlow Chin also known as “Bobo Zaro” who is best known for the song ‘Pain’, a collaboration with Capleton.
He explained that the Canadian-born ex-Queen had attempted to end his life.
Akanbi described their botched union as ‘four years of a fraudulently arranged relationship’’.
But the monarch has found love again.
Oluwo, in an interview with BBC, who confirmed his upcoming wedding stating that the date will be made public has finally printed an invitation letter to the effect.
