How To Improve Your Relationship With Your Partner

Published

on

1. Give Them Your Presence

The rarest and most precious thing that you can give your spouse to improve your relationship is your presence.

We live in a world that is constantly distracted.

We are bombarded with demands on our time and focus so incessantly that we rarely, if ever, take the time to breath into the moment and simple be with another person.

In my experience, this is one of the best ways to improve any relationship.

At the end of the day, turn off everything, your computer, smart phone, TV, tablet, Kindle, EVERYTHING that is distracting you from being here now.

And then share a few moments of presence with your partner.

Talk to each other about your days, your goals, your dreams, your relationship, anything!

Talk to them and be fully present in that conversation. Listen to them, make them feel understood, ask questions with sincere curiosity.

When you inject presence into your relationships, everything changes.

2. Set Goals (And Achieve Them) Together

Another fantastic way to improve your relationship with your partner is to set and achieve goals together.

So often, it’s easy for one person in a relationship to assume the role of the “Go Getter” while the other person feels left behind or like they are simply along for the ride.

This creates a breeding ground for ego, insecurity, unmet expectations and frustration.

Instead, commit to set and achieve massive things TOGETHER.

Set fun and exciting goals that light both of you up.

It doesn’t have to be financial either.

You can set goals around health, adventure, spirituality, and even intimacy and s£x.

Couples who achieve together tend to stay together.

When you are operating as a team, your relationship will improve exponentially.

3. Communicate Honestly

Most men are clueless about how women work.

I know very few men who truly understand the opposite s£x and and the only way to improve things is to communicate honestly and with authenticity.

Oftentimes, men are completely unaware of your emotional states and internal frustrations simply because the s£xes communicate differently.

If you want to improve your relationship with your husband, talk to him often and honestly.

Tell him how you feel. Ask for his input. Always give him confirmation when he makes you feel loved and supported. And try to be understanding when he messes up (because we all do).

If you are a man reading this, the same lessons applies to you as well. It’s easy to bottle up emotions and expect that women just know what you’re thinking. But that’s not how the world operates.

Unless you communicate with your lover, you will lose them.

4. Express Your Love Daily

Never miss an opportunity to express love for your partner.

Each and every day, try to find some small way to show them that you care and that you love them, even when…. actually ESPECIALLY when the two of you have been arguing or fighting.

The more love that you express, I believe, the more love will come back to you.

Write notes, send dirty texts (your husband will love it), kiss them, hug them, love them, and do it every day.

Remember, “Love” is a verb, not just a feeling.

The more you express love the more you can experience love.

5. Love Yourself First

If you want to improve your relationship and create a rock solid marriage, the first place to start is with the person in the mirror.

If you don’t truly love yourself like your life depends on it then how can you ever truly love another person

All great relationships start from a place of love and respect.

And that love and respect must extend to yourself before you can extend it to others.

So if you really want to improve your relationship with your husband, start by improving your relationship with yourself.

Take time to journal, meditate, read, and focus on personal development.

Do the internal work that you need to do to eradicate feelings of insecurity and jealousy.

Love YOURSELF

Because when you love yourself, it’s a lot easier for other people to love you.

5 Things You Should Do To Prevent Premature Ejaculation

Published

on

Premature ejaculation is a type of sexual dysfunction that occurs when a man has an orgasm and releases (ejaculates) semen sooner than he or his partner would like. It often happens before or shortly after penetration during intercourse. According to Healthline and WebMD, here are 5 things you can do as a man to prevent premature or quick ejaculation.

1. Dietary changes.

According to Healthline, magnesium and zinc are important for sexual function and may help treat early ejaculation. Adding foods high in zinc and magnesium to your diet may help you manage premature ejaculation. Oysters, pumpkin seeds, soybeans, yogurt, spinach, almonds, kidney beans, chickpeas, sesame seeds, beef and lamb, dark chocolate, garlic, and peas are some examples of foods to eat.

2. Build up your muscles.

Sometimes premature ejaculation is caused by weak pelvic floor muscles. They might become stronger with kegel exercises. By halting your urine midstream, you can find the appropriate muscles to contract. For three seconds, squeeze them tightly, and then release them. Do this ten times, or at least three times a day.

3. The pause-squeeze method.

By allowing excitement to decline before the climax, the pause-squeeze technique may reduce the likelihood of premature ejaculation. Whenever you feel like ejaculating, pause and have your partner or you squeeze the end of your manhood where the head meets the shaft. Hold the squeeze for a few seconds until you no longer desire climax.

4. The stop-start method

By prolonging pleasure, the stop-start technique, commonly referred to as orgasm control or “edging,” might assist postpone the orgasm. Stop any sexual activities as soon as you feel the urge to ejaculate. Resuming sexual activities gradually after becoming less stimulated. To help you prevent quick ejaculation, repeat this procedure as often as necessary.

5. Wear a condom.

It may desensitize you enough so you can last longer.

These 6 signs shows you are meant to be together

Published

on

1. Your first impression of him or her is quite good. You accept the person as they are, naturally. You give them a second chance. After the second and third date, you really have the feeling that you are not wasting your time with this person, you think they really deserve your attention. You just know it.

2. You listen to each other and you build your relationship, step by step. I think this is the right foundation for a healthy and long-lasting relationship. If someone is too busy to talk all the time and you just have to listen to them for hours, they are not the right partner for you and this is not a normal conversation.

3. They respect you and you do the same in return. If you are not ego driven, this is great because you can be a better partner. But if the other partner is ego driven, chances are the relationship is not going to be good. We need to be loving and to accept our partner as they are because they weren’t born to be shaped by us. Their personality and identity is their own choice. We either like them, or drop them for good. Everything else will bring big problems in your life.

4. You get to know each other very well and you start thinking: “I like him or her a lot. I have always wanted to be with someone like him or her.” It is very good because there is no love bombing or something like this, the things grow steady but slowly. You have a maximum 2-3 dates per week and you have a great time together.

5. You feel that you can trust him or her. They have not betrayed you and they behave like they keep your secrets and they trust you, too. There is mutual trust and no red flags at all. Nobody behaves in a weird way, they are just normal.

6. He or she speaks good things about you when you are not there or in front of you, he or she doesn’t criticize you. This is a very important sign because it sets positive vibes and mutual respect. If you don’t like someone and you criticize them constantly, why are you with them? If you like and respect each other, you will build a good reputation with your partner. That means that you are a great person, too. Because you have attracted them and they have chosen you.

10 Things about the P3nis that men and women need to know

Published

on

Knowing the male genitalia and its particularities – not only in terms of its size – can help men and women to have a more satisfactory intimate life. Below, according to Men’s Health, experts talk about ten curiosities about the organ.

1 – Does size matter?

The item is the first on the list because many men still worry about the size of their genital organ. According to the SBU (Sociedade Brasileira de Urologia), a normal male genitalia measures from seven to 17 centimeters erect. And it is important to stress that potency and size are not proportional. This means that the concern about not satisfying their partner because they think their member is small is unfounded.

Only physical and psychological problems can make a discharge during intercourse difficult, which is the well-known erectile dysfunction, but this is not related to the male genitalia size. The woman also makes no sense because they are the first five centimeters deep in the female genitalia the richest in nerve endings and, therefore, more sensitive.

2 – Does not increase or decrease during life:

Still on the subject of size, the organ does not change after reaching adult size, which happens around age 18. Surgeries to enlarge the male genitalia are not indicated for aesthetical reasons and, even in cases of micropenis (when it does not reach 2.5 cm flaccid or 7.5 cm erect), the gains are small and the risks are very large.

Surgical procedures with this purpose may cause instability of the member in secretion, limiting the ability to penetrate and, consequently, harm the individual’s intimate life.

3 – It may seem smaller than it is:

According to Sidney Glina, urologist at Hospital Albert Einstein, in São Paulo, most people who think they have a small penis are mistaken. What happens is that when these men go to compare their organs, in a locker room, for example, they are in a stressful, tense situation. The male genitalia has a muscle called dartos, located below the scrotum, which contracts during these moments, making the organ seem smaller than it is. To compare, just observe how he reacts to the cold too.

4 – Sensibility:

The glans, more popularly known as the head of the male genitalia, is the most sensitive part of the male reproductive organ. It is not possible to affirm the number of nerve endings it has (or the male genitalia as a whole), but the region provides a lot of pleasure to the man. Intense touches and strong friction may generate more discomfort than pleasure.

5 – Temperature of the testicles:

The region also presents heightened sensitivity, since it is composed of vascularized glands, through which the blood flow passes. It produces spermatozoa and testosterone (hormone) and therefore needs to be one degree below the internal temperature of the abdomen, which is 37ºC.

Sleeping without underwear helps maintain the ideal temperature of the testicles, favoring the production and quality of the spermatozoids. But nobody needs to be naked all day, it’s just an extra care. Wearing clothes that don’t squeeze the region is also favourable.

6 – Self-stimulation is not a necessity:

Some men say that staying a long time without discharging can be harmful, “weighs” the scrotum and other arguments. All myth. According to experts, there is no physiological reason to put semen out of the body. “If you do not discharge, you will eliminate in the urine. This need is something cultural, purely for the pleasure that orgasm causes, with intercourse for two or self-stimulation. Discharge is not fundamental for s3xual health, there is no scientific study about it.

7 – Circumcision does not affect sensitivity:

Postectomy is the surgery performed to remove the foreskin – a fold of two layers of skin and mucous membrane that covers the glans of the male reproductive organ. The procedure is not obligatory, but is necessary in some situations, such as when the man has balanopostitis (inflammation by fungus in the region) and for religious reasons (case of Jews). As the sensitivity is in the glans, removing the foreskin does not affect it at all. If any difficulty persists, seek a doctor.

8 – Male Genitalia “breaks”:

The organ does not have bone, but it may suffer lesions in the cavernous cavities if it is bent or bent quickly. The most common way this happens is during intercourse, when the woman is on top. With discharge, the male reproductive organ becomes very rigid and, if it escapes during intimacy, it can hit the woman’s perineum and seriously injure it. It makes a noise, the man feels a lot of pain and the rupture is visible because of the bleeding, which leaves it with a dark purple colour.

Experts advise, in the face of an accident like this, seek medical assistance immediately, because the injury will not heal itself and, often, surgery is required. The most common sequel is Peyronie’s disease, which leaves the penis crooked when it is erect and prevents penetration. In these cases, a new operation is required to correct it. The specialist says that this type of case is different from congenitally crooked penis, which only needs to be repaired when it is harmful to a man’s intimate life.

9 – Nocturnal discharge and orgasm:

Men spend 20% of their sleep time with the male genitalia in discharge. Several can occur, more precisely during REM sleep (stage in which dreams occur), and they last 30 to 40 minutes each. According to specialists, the man only notices the discharge when he wakes up in the middle of the night wanting to pee, for example.

It is not possible to specify the average time of a male orgasm, but it is estimated to be milliseconds. The male orgasm is one of the most understudied things. The subject is not explored much because men don’t have as many questions about it as women, who don’t always manage to achieve it.

10 – Danger signs and hygiene:

Men have an advantage over women when it comes to identifying problems in the reproductive organ. As the male genitalia is external, any stain or sign that there is something wrong is easily perceived. If it hasn’t appeared due to something that justifies alteration, like a more intense self-stimulation, the ideal is to look for a doctor.

The lack of hygiene of the area is associated with several diseases, not as a cause, but as a facilitating agent. Therefore, washing with water and soap all the genital region and dry, without leaving moisture, helps in prevention. For those who have foreskin, pulling the skin and exposing the glans to wash it is also important.
